关于"not only ......but also......"的一个问题

关于not only ......but also...... 不是说连接两个句子的时候，第一个句子用倒装吗？

可是 在我们普通高中全日制英语课本第19单元的“READING”里面有一句“Not noly food production is important but also taking care of the environment”

这里面第一句并没有倒装 这是怎么回事呢？是课本错了吗？
麻烦说清楚点 谢谢类！

1. 连接主语时，谓语动词须和邻近的主语保持一致：
Not only he but also I am responsible for it.不仅他而且我也有责任。
2. 连接谓语时，not前不可有助动词：
他不但说了，而且也做了。
误：He did not only say it, but also did it.
正：He not only said it, but also did it.
3. 连接除主语以外的其他成分时，如果位于句首，not only后的主谓需要倒装（但
but also后的主谓不能倒装）：
Not only has he been to Canada, but also he knows some Canadians.
他不仅去过加拿大，而且认识一些加拿大人。

这个句子中but also 后不是一个句子，所以并列的是food production 和taking good care of the environment”
is important 提前

那只是常用的情况，不一定非要倒装的。
